Customer Referral Partnership Program

1. Making a Referral: You know your contacts best, so feel free to introduce Receivos in a way that feels most natural to you. When you have someone interested, make a warm introduction by email or guide them to fill out our referral contact form at receivos.com/referral.
2. Earning Your Commission: Once your referral becomes a paying customer and stays with us for three months, you'll earn a one-time 15% commission of the referred customer's first-month subscription fees. We'll handle the tracking and let you know when your rewards are on the way. As an example, if you refer a customer who signs up for a plan costing $60 per month, then once that customer stays with us for three months, you will be paid a one-time commission of $9.
3. Getting Paid: We'll send your commission within 30 days after the end of the month in which it is earned. Just give us the right details in your partner profile, and we'll make sure you get your rewards.
4. Staying in the Loop: From time to time, we might change this program. We'll keep you posted with any updates. And if you decide this isn't for you anymore, you can stop participating at any time.

• Your Role: You're not our employee, contractor, or agent. Please stick to honest, straightforward ways of promoting Receivos. No spamming, misleading information, or anything that would harm Receivos's reputation. You agree you will not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party when promoting Receivos.
• Your Responsibility: You're in charge of any taxes on the commission you earn. And if you get into any legal trouble through your referral activities, it's on you to handle. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Receivos from and against any and all damages of any kind that result from your performance in this referral program.
• Our Promise: We'll do our best to track every referral you send our way and reward you accordingly. But sometimes, technical glitches happen. If you think there's been a mistake, please reach out to us at help@receivos.com. If there's a dispute, we'll do our best to resolve it fairly and quickly.
• Privacy Matters: Be respectful of everyone's privacy. Share contact information responsibly and only with proper consent. You can view our Privacy Policy here.
• Governing Law: These terms are under the State of Iowa's laws, and Pottawattamie County will be the place for resolving any disputes.

• Entire Agreement: You acknowledge and agree that this document, Receivos's Terms of Service, and Receivos's Privacy Policy represent the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Referral Program.
• Right to Modify or Terminate: Receivos LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify any of the terms and conditions of this Referral Program, including the commission structure and payment process, at any time and without prior notice. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Referral Program entirely. If we modify or terminate the program, we'll post an update on our website or notify you through other communication channels we have used to interact with you. Your continued participation in the Program after any modification means you accept the new terms. If the program is terminated, we will honor any outstanding commissions earned up to the date of termination.

By joining the program, you agree to these terms. If you don't, then sadly, this program isn't for you. We're grateful for your help and thrilled to have you on board!
